My Philosophy
The Trinity of Joie de Vivre
.
People often ask me:
"You always talk about Joie de Vivre, and everything you do seems to radiate that energy. What do I need to do to experience it myself?"
A very good question, my friends, and I promise to do my best to answer it.
After many years of studying human behavior, stress management, neuroscience, nutrition, fitness, and personal transformation, I have discovered one simple truth:
True Joie de Vivre is never created by the outside world. It is created by a beautiful combination of three essential components found within ourselves.
It is born from the harmony between our mind, our body, and our soul. I call this The Trinity of Joie de Vivre.
Like the three legs of a tripod, each supports the others. Remove one, and the entire structure becomes unstable.
When all three work together in harmony, life takes on a new dimension—a new vibration, an awakening. Suddenly everything around you feels different. You become a new person with new eyes, and you love what you see.
Am I making sense to you, my dear friends?
Let's continue our exploration together.
The Mind: The Architect of Your Life
You have heard it before, but perhaps not often enough: Everything begins with our thoughts.
Thoughts are made of words, and those words carry two energies—Yin and Yang, positive and negative. Through our own judgment, we label them as good or bad.
Those thoughts occupying your mind generate feelings—or emotions, if you wish. Just like your thoughts, those emotions can be either positive or negative. As a result, you begin to feel either good or bad about yourself.
But the story doesn't end there.
Those feelings influence your behavior and determine your actions. Positive or negative. Constructive or destructive.
This intricate pattern of thoughts, emotions, and actions ultimately shapes your life and becomes your destiny—happy or unhappy.
Many people spend years trying to change their circumstances while ignoring the thoughts that created them. Eventually they become discouraged and give up believing that happiness is possible.
The wonderful news is that once you awaken and take responsibility for what you have created, your brain can change. You can retrain yourself to think loving, positive thoughts.
It's that simple.
Believe that every day you have the opportunity to replace fear with confidence, worry with gratitude, and limitation with possibility.
With time—and yes, I believe it takes at least 28 days—you can begin creating new neural pathways that lead to personal transformation and the discovery of Joie de Vivre.
My own transformation began in my thirties when I first discovered the magic of words. Those words helped shape the confident woman I am today.
"I can. I do. I will."
Victory to me. Victory is mine.
The Body: The Home of Your Soul
Mind and body work together and constantly affect one another.
Negative thinking places your body under stress, increases inflammation, affects your digestive and nervous systems, and ultimately accelerates the aging process.
Remember what I call the mind-body loop.
When you begin to feel better about yourself by changing your thoughts, you naturally want to take better care of your body. You begin eating more nutritious foods, choosing healthy movements and exercise, paying attention to your sleep, and caring for your skin.
Over time, you discover that small daily choices, repeated consistently, produce extraordinary results.
There is no need to compete with anyone.
By choosing to become your own champion and to love yourself more, you gradually reject self-deprecating thoughts and begin to appreciate the body that has faithfully carried you throughout your life.
It deserves to be treated with love.
And I promise you, it will reward you with greater energy, vitality, and resilience.
The Soul: The Source of Inner Peace
The soul is often the most neglected part of our lives because many of us simply don't know how to connect with it or recognize its presence.
Yet it is where purpose, hope, gratitude, compassion, and unconditional love reside.
The connection you are searching for can be found through prayer, if you are religious; through meditation, if you are spiritual; or simply during moments of quiet reflection. I personally meditate every day and find it to be the best way to soothe my soul and ignite my passion.
Spending time in nature, listening to music that moves you, or serving others can all reconnect you with something far greater than yourself.
When the soul is nourished, fear gradually loses its grip, and you discover a safe place within yourself—a place you can always trust.
You also begin to notice that life becomes less about possessions and more about presence.
You realize that happiness is not something you chase.
It is something you cultivate from within.
Bringing the Trinity Together
Imagine beginning each day by asking yourself three simple questions:
How will I nourish my mind today?
Will I read something inspiring, learn something new, or replace one negative thought with a positive one?
How will I care for my body today?
Will I choose healthy food, exercise, or perhaps enjoy a brisk walk?
How will I feed my soul today?
Will I practice gratitude, pray, meditate, or simply spend a few quiet moments in reflection?
Always remember:
Small daily rituals become powerful habits, and those habits become a joyful life.
Joie de Vivre Is a Daily Choice
Many people believe joy arrives after everything becomes perfect.
I have learned quite the opposite.
Joy comes first.
It becomes the energy that allows us to overcome life's challenges.
As the French say, Joie de Vivre is far more than happiness.
It is the art of embracing life with enthusiasm, gratitude, curiosity, and love.
May you nurture your own Trinity and discover, each day, a deeper, richer, and more beautiful Joie de Vivre.
Victory to you. Victory is yours—claim it!
Quote: “Every time you are tempted to react in the same old way, ask if you want to be a prisoner of the past or a pioneer of the future” Deepak Chopra
Declare every day:
“I choose to live joyfully and victoriously”

VICTORY TO YOU! VICTORY IS YOURS!
CLAIM IT!!
