Ask yourself: Do I feel calm and inspired in my space?
Declutter what distracts you, choose colors that soothe you, and let your environment support your well-being.
Every sensation — what you see, touch, smell, and taste — is a gift to your soul.

4️ Eat with Pleasure

The French truly know how to enjoy food — and most are not overweight!
Why? Because they eat with pleasure and without guilt.

They take time to savor each bite — sometimes even releasing a joyful sigh to express how delicious it is.
